This hummus is the perfect dip for veggies, spread for sandwiches/wraps and creamy addition to any snack!

Ingredients:


2 cups chickpeas, cooked;

Juice of 1/2 lemon;

1 cloves of garlic;

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil;

1/2 teaspoon  ground cumin;

¼ teaspoon  sea salt;

¼ teaspoon  cayenne

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. You may adjust water for desired level of creaminess.
