Get glowing with this beautifying appetizer! Super rich in Vitamin E and healthy fats, avocados are great for moisturizing your skin from the inside out.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1 small white onion, finely diced
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon  ground cumin
  • ¼  teaspoon  cayenne
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

Remove flesh of avocados and add to a bowl. Mash coarsely with a fork.  Mix in all remaining ingredients.
