Banana Cream Layer
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup macadamia nuts or raw cashews
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup agave nectar
Directions
Add all ingredients blender and blend until smooth.
Chocolate Cream layer

Assembly
In a tall parfait glass, alternate between the banana and chocolate creams, adding sliced strawberries and bananas in between… YUM!
Switch-up:
Creamy Chocolate Banana Pie
To turn the above parfait into a delicious banana cream pie, just add the following simple crust:
Crust
Ingredients
- 1 Tbs Cacao powder
- ½ cup Pecans
- ½ cup Raisins
- 1tsp agave nectar
Directions
Add all ingredients into food processor and mix until all ingredients are finely processed and starts to ‘stick together’. Press firmly into 8inch spring-form pie shell.
Pie Assembly
- spread banana cream filling atop pie crust (this will be the middle layer)
- add banana slices.
- then top the chocolate pudding as the top layer
And that’s it… you’ve got yourself a yummy pie! Delish!

You can use honey, maple syrup, coconut nectar… all will work!
