Many people ask what I have for breakfast. And I can honestly say, for the past decade, it’s pretty much been this. Yes I change it up once in a while, go out for brunch, make something different, but at LEAST 5 days a week, it’s a Vega One shake. I can’t help it. I crave it. And while there’s so many ways to be creative with it (which I venture out and do sometimes) this is the easiest, quickest, and my most favorite way to to pack in nutrition.

Vega One is an all in one nutritional shake that’s loaded in vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, Omega-3, antioxidants, probiotics and greens, so it makes it really easy for me to get my goodness it, and it’s also oh so yummy!

Years ago, before Vega came out, I used to buy dozens of ingredients  all separately… chia, hemp, greens, chlorella, spirulina, an antioxidant blend, brown rice protein, maca, etc… and it was pretty expensive doing it that way. Then Vega came out (at the time was called ‘Whole Food Health Optimizer” and basically combined everything I would put into my smoothie into an all-in-one shake. I was like “damn it!! Why didn’t I think of that!!!” Because it made my life soooo much easier!!! and way more cost effective!

Thanks, Vega 🙂
