Forget about those pumpkin spiced lattes… This smoothie will provide more energy than any latte, plus it will satiate hunger, keep cravings at bay and does wonders for your skin and complexion giving you a healthy glow!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 Scoop Vega One in Vanilla Chai
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon

Add all ingredients into a blender (starting with the milk) and blend!
