Sometimes my favorite smoothies can make the most delicious and refreshing summer popsicles. Great way to cool down and get your antioxidant fix. Recipe adapted from my book Kitchen Cures
- 2 cups (500 mL) pitted cherries
- 1 cup (250 mL) raspberries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) raw honey
- 1 banana
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour the filling into popsicle molds. Freeze for 30 minutes, then insert popsicle stick and continue freezing overnight (or at least 3 hours).
