Peggy, it was great to see you on Dr. Oz….love your site! I am wondering, do you have any suggestions for Type 2 Diabetes and high blood pressure? I’ve started regular exercise and watching what I eat….lost 27 pounds so far. Started a regimen of cayenne and garlic too for the blood pressure….just hoping I’m not too late in doing something to help myself. Thanks!
