Ingredients:

  • 4 to 5 leaves fresh mint
  • 2-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1/2 bulb fennel
  • 1 pear, cored

Directions:

    1. You want to drink it right away, as the long it sits out, the more it will oxidize, losing some of it’s nutritional benefit.

  1. I absolutely love this juice recipe. It really works too if you have tummy problems. But even if you don’t it tastes great! I love using fennel and mint in my juice recipes!
